While his peers pursued placements and predictable paths, Deepak dreamed of launching a video game studio—a platform where design could influence not just play, but perception. That early vision became Minddove Studios, his first entrepreneurial venture. Though it didn’t scale, it seeded something more powerful: a lifelong inquiry into how well-designed systems can shape individual destiny.
In the years that followed, Deepak worked across the education and skilling landscape, eventually founding Acadberry, a student-focused platform for academic guidance. Yet he soon realized students didn’t just need information or admissions; they needed alignment, strategy, and confidence. They needed a pathway.
That realization led to his most important creation yet: NPathways Global.
